A Big Thank You to Our Hole in One Sponsor: Zantagra Group

At Bannockburn Golf Club, we are incredibly fortunate to have the support of some wonderful local businesses, and none more so than our friends at Zantagra Group – proud sponsors of our Hole in One competition.

Zantagra Group are based right here on Holder Road, they service the greater Geelong, Bellarine and Surfcoast regions, specialising in sheds, shed installation and commercial building. If you’re in the market for a shed or garage, they really are the people to call.

Thanks to Zantagra Group’s generosity, any member who records a hole in one during Saturday competition is rewarded with a very welcome $500 cheque.

Since the introduction of the new grass greens course, we’ve already had two very worthy recipients. The first hole in one on the new greens was achieved by Grunter Moosbrugger on the 17th hole in October 2023 — a memorable moment in the club’s history. Zantagra’s own Zane Carroll made a special visit to the club to personally present Grunter with his $500 cheque. Our second recipient was Clint Kitchen, who joined the club’s hole in one honour roll in September 2024. Well done to both!
