The R&A Women in Golf Charter is a statement of intent from golf clubs and organisations around the world to create a more inclusive, welcoming and inspiring environment for women and girls in golf – from picking up a club for the very first time, through to pursuing a career in the sport.

At Bannockburn, this is something we are already deeply committed to. The recent formation of our women’s pennant team for the first time in more than five years, the continued growth of our Wednesday women’s competition, and the warm and welcoming environment our members work so hard to create every single day are all a reflection of that commitment.

Golf is a sport for everyone, and we believe Bannockburn Golf Club is a place where every woman and girl should feel genuinely welcome, valued and inspired to play.
